For 4 servings

1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


  1. Drain canned garbanzo beans and set liquid aside.
  2. Blend garbanzo beans, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and cumin in a food processor.
  3. Stream reserved bean liquid into the mixture as it blends until desired consistency is achieved
  4. Enjoy!
