For 8 servings

1 can (16 oz) refried beans

2 cans (4.5 oz each) chopped green chiles

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. In 8-inch cast-iron skillet or ungreased pie plate, mix beans and green chiles.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm.
  6. Enjoy!
